Terms of Service

Welcome to Bussabaa Thai Massage. By using our services you agree to the following terms:

1. Opening hours

The salon is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00.

2. Bookings and punctuality

• Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
• If you are late, your massage may be shortened due to following bookings; the full treatment price will still be charged.
• The salon reserves the right to cancel the booking if the client is more than 15 minutes late.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or change your appointment:

• Please notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• If you do not show up without prior notice, the salon reserves the right to refuse future bookings.

4. Physical health

• The client must inform staff of health issues, injuries or pregnancy before the massage. The salon is not liable for health complications if this information was not provided in advance.
• Before the service, please tell us about your health condition, chronic illnesses, pregnancy or injuries.
• Massage is for relaxation and general wellbeing only and does not replace professional medical care.

5. Inappropriate behaviour

Our studio provides professional relaxation massages only. Sexual services or harassment are strictly prohibited. Inappropriate behaviour or endangering staff will result in immediate termination of the massage, removal from the salon without refund, and action in accordance with Slovak law.

6. Loss of belongings

The salon is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items. Please keep valuables under your own supervision.

7. Payment

Payment may be made before or after the massage by methods accepted by the salon.

We collect only necessary personal data such as name, phone number, email and health information relevant to the massage.

Data is used to manage bookings, communicate with clients and ensure a safe massage based on your health status.

Your data is kept secure and confidential. We do not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
